Having learnt the complexities and nuances of inheriting a Family Trust, from experiences directly within his own family. Steven now takes those invaluable lessons, to help as many local families as possible, who now find themselves in similar circumstances. Sharing his expertise makes a daunting situation, less so. Steven’s biggest goal, is to demonstrate all the ways families can maximize the value in their properties.

His keen insight into how cities and neighborhoods grow and evolve, ensures clients will always find their house and home. He has thorough and extensive knowledge of local history, eras of architecture, and various phases that have shaped Metro Los Angeles. A particular emphasis on districts of the city that are rich in local history: Alhambra, Pasadena, Arcadia, Pomona, Highland Park, El Sereno, Lincoln Heights, and several others.

Steven has lived in numerous cities including New York, Chicago, London and CDMX. He loves photography, abstract art, food & wine, going to concerts and collecting Adidas Originals. He is also a huge fan of the Dodgers and loves to follow the ATP Tennis Tour.
